I was taking a break from the veritable mountain of paperwork preceding the tax appointment with our accountant and found this little gem. It’s an online emulator for The Oregon Trail on the Apple II.

It was pretty fun replaying that and thinking back to playing it in late elementary and early Junior High. More than half my lifetime ago and still it evokes memories of my computer partner and I arguing over who would get the honor of navigating the treacherous Dalles.
